This is the license agreement which
you will see when you install the application for the first time. This license
agreement is similar to 95% of all software licenses.
The main points in laymen's terms are:
1) You cannot resell the application or menus, nor parts of it. It's alright if you are a web developer and use the menu designs as part of a website for your client(s) but you cannot sell the menus as part of a template. It's also not allowed to bundle several menus and resell them.
2) If you want to install the application on more than one computer you must also purchase more than one copy. Remember, we have worked hard for it and need to get paid for it so we can continue to develop the tool further.
End-User Software License Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS AND USING THE SOFTWARE. IT PROVIDES A LICENSE TO USE THE SOFTWARE AND CONTAINS WARRANTY INFORMATION AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS. BY INSTALLING AND USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE CONFIRMING ACCEPTANCE OF THE SOFTWARE AND AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO DO SO, DO NOT COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION PROCESS.
This Agreement allows you to:
(a) Install and use the Software on a single computer.
(b) Install the Software on a storage device, such as a network server, and run the Software on an internal network, provided the number of concurrent users does not exceed the number of copies of the Software purchased.
A copy of the Software must be purchased for each such user.
License Restrictions
You may not make or distribute copies of the Software, or electronically transfer the Software from one computer to another or over a network.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form.
You may not rent, lease or sublicense the Software.
You may not modify the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR OR YOU HAVE A REMEDY FOR RECOVERY OF ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOST REVENUES OR ECONOMIC LOSS OF ANY KIND, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
